Alla vista si presenta giallo paglierino lucente. Al naso entra intenso e potente, con note di fiori bianchi, erba appena tagliata, frutta gialla matura e anice. Sorso fruttato, sapido e molto gustoso, dotato di spiccata freschezza e lunga chiusura piacevolmente amaricante.Il Verdejo “Finca Vallejo” di Bodegas Bela nasce per valorizzare i vigneti della cantina CVNE e i suoi fondatori. Le uve sono infatti selezionate nei migliori vigneti della DO Rueda, famosa per la produzione di uve verdejo di alta qualità. I grappoli sono raccolti a mano durante le ore notturne e pressati sofficemente, per garantirne la migliore integrità e un ottimale estrazione aromatica. Quindi vinifica in serbatoi di acciaio con controllo della temperatura, offrendo un sorso fresco e aromatico, dai lunghi ritorni erbacei e balsamici.
Trancio di salmone in crosta di pistacchi, frutti di mare e piatti della cucina di pesce, sono gli abbinamenti ideali per questo bianco spagnolo.

No returns… Confusing description
The seller doesn’t allow returns with this product. This product was much smaller than I expected, and I wouldn’t even re-gift it to a friend with a smaller dog. Why? Because they already tried a similar size and said it kept their hands clean… but gave them tennis elbow.
