Deze pan is gemaakt van gesmeed aluminium met een stevige Full-Disc inductiebodem voor snelle, gelijkmatige warmteverdeling. De pan is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen, inclusief inductie, en kan tot ca. 200 °C in de oven. Dankzij het rechte rand-design beschik je over ongeveer 20% meer braadoppervlak dan bij klassieke pannen, ideaal voor grotere porties of grotere stukken vlees.
