Door de jarenlange ervaring van het Champagne huis, dat zijn oorsprong in 1743 vind, weten zij precies waar een goede Champagne aan moet voldoen. De prachtige kelders, die overigens ook te bezoeken zijn, hebben een totale lengte van wel 28 kilometer tot een diepte van ongeveer 30 meter onder de grond. Het hoofd gebouw van Moët & Chandon vind u aan de Rue de Champagne in Eperney en is met zijn statige voorkomen een van de mooiste gebouwen die er in deze straat te vinden zijn. Deze Nectar Imperial van Moët & Chandon is gemaakt van dé drie druifsoorten voor de champagne. Namelijk Pinot Noir, Meunier en Chardonnay. Ook de vinificatie word apart gedaan waarna later pas de daadwerkelijke blend word samen gesteld. Na vele maanden van rijping in de prachtige kelders is de Champagne eindelijk klaar om geconsumeerd te worden. Na het proeven van deze heerlijke Champagne zijn wij het er over eens dat deze niet alleen is bedoeld voor de jaarwisseling. Wat een topper is deze Demi-Sec Champagne! De kleur is goud geel met mooie fijne belletjes die door het glas dansen. In de geur aroma's van exotisch fruit, gekonfijt fruit, honing en milde specerijen. A beautiful path of vulnerability

Ms. Cross is an excellent writer. This is the second book she has written that I have read. It is a pleasure to read a writer peel layers uopn layers of themselves revealing their vulnerability. She has many receipts for those who have wronged her, but at the same time she is her harshest critic. However, in this book her criticism is constructive, loving, and a roadmap for the rest of us to learn to love self. This is a joy to read. I learned a lot and this book challenged me to critically analyze my past and present relationships with women in my life. Thank you to Ms. Cross for writing a heartfelt memoir.
