  • Witte wijn - Vol, romig en complex. Helder goud van kleur met aroma’s van hooi, acacia, citrus, perzik en brioche. Geweldig als aperitief, maar ook als top klassieke maaltijdbegeleider. Veel smaak en complexiteit vanwege de houtlagering. Lange finale, heerlijke wijn.
  • Onze sommeliers adviseren:

    Goed te combineren met gegrild, gebakken of geroosterde vis (bv. à la Meunière), ovengegaarde vis met rijke saus en gebakken schaal- en schelpdieren gegratineerd. Ook goed met gegrild witvlees en gebakken of gefrituurde zwezerik met rijke sauzen en gegrilde en ovengegaarde groenten. Ook crèmesoepen en rijke salades met warme bereidingen met vis en gegrilde groenten doen het goed. Probeer ook eens met pittige witschimmel kazen.
