De ‘Joseph Rock’ is erg opvallend door zijn opvallende herfstkleur en contrasterende vruchtkleur. De donkergroene bladeren verkleuren in de herfst naar een rode kleur, de bessen zijn van een gele kleur, deze boom is zeer geschikt als eye-catcher in uw tuin. De besjes zijn aantrekkelijk voor vogels, dus zullen de vogels naar uw tuin lokken.

Sorbus ‘Joseph Rock’ valt onder de ‘Rosaceae’ familie oftewel de rozenfamilie. De Sorbus ‘Joseph Rock’ wordt in de Nederlandse benaming ook wel lijsterbes genoemd.

De Lijsterbes 'Joseph Rock' wordt niet al te groot, dus is geschikt voor zowel kleinere als grotere tuin. De boom staat het liefste op een plek in de zon of halfschaduw. Hij is goed winterhard en kan ook goed tegen de wind, echter kan hij niet in verharding geplant worden. Verder heeft de boom geen specifieke eisen aan grondsoort. De boom is niet giftig voor mensen of dieren, dus is ook geschikt om bijvoorbeeld in een wei te plaatsen. De Sorbus ‘Joseph Rock’ staat in mei/juni in een witte bloei.

De Sorbus ‘Joseph Rock’ wordt vaak als aanplanting gebruikt in parken en grote en kleine tuinen. De boom kan indien nodig vanaf juni t/m februari gesnoeid worden. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
