Gebruik
Gebruik dagelijks 15 tot 20 sprays (ca. 200 mg, de helft van de dagelijkse behoefte). Laat het minimaal 10 minuten inwerken. Daarna afspoelen indien gewenst. Een lichte tinteling en een warm gevoel zijn normaal en duiden erop dat het magnesium wordt opgenomen.
