Domaine Jamet is een legendarisch klein domein in Côte-Rôtie, gerund door de broers Jean-Paul en Jean-Luc Jamet. Met slechts 6 hectare in Côte-Rôtie en een kleine productie buiten de appellation zijn hun wijnen schaars en wereldwijd begeerd. De Côtes du Rhône Blanc is gemaakt van Viognier, Clairette en Bourbelenc van druiven net buiten de officiële Côte-Rôtie-grenzen — gefermenteerd in oude barriques voor een droge, intense witte Rhône met de kenmerkende finessse van het domein.

Beschrijving: Goudgeel en diep, met aroma's van abrikoos, witte bloemen, peer, gember en een lichte mineraliteit. Vol en weelderig in de mond, met droge zuren, een rijke textuur en een lange, elegante afdronk.

Lekker bij: Gegrilde zeebaars of andere rijkere zeevissoorten, lobster, romige zeevruchtengerechten of een rijke kip.
