Si completa con due mesi di riposo in bottiglia. Nasce in questa maniera il Langhe Riesling DOC “Era Ora” prodotto dalla cantina Borgogno. È un Riesling verticale, fresco e scorrevole, ottimo per essere abbinato a piatti a base di pesce, ma perfetto anche con le portate speziate della cucina indiana e mediorientale.
Da scegliere insieme alla cucina a base di pesce, è perfetto insieme alle pennette con il salmone affumicato.
