Dit is een Atlantische rode wijn. Complexe neus met aroma's van kersen, bessen, gedroogde kruiden en gedroogd fruit, peper... Wilde, aardse impressie overheersen.  Medium body, frisse zuren, fijnkorrelige tannines. 

Ho.Be staat voor HOndarrabi BEltza, de bijzondere druif waarvan deze wijn gemaakt is. Tegelijk betekent hobe 'beter' in het Baskisch. Een verwijzing naar de inspanningen die Doniene zich troost om de kennis van deze druif verder uit te diepen.
