De wijnstokken zijn inmiddels 32 jaar oud en leveren uitstekend rijpe druiven met bijzondere eigenschappen.

Voor het begin van het verhaal van wijnmakerij Jordan, moeten we minimaal 300 jaar terug in de tijd. De ouders van Gary Jorden kochten in 1982 een landgoed in de regio Stellenbosch. Dankzij een uitvoerig bodemonderzoek staat elke druivenras op de voor dat ras beste plek aangeplant. Sinds 1993 nam zoon Gary en zijn vrouw Kathy Jordan het stokje over. Het bijzondere aan de Jordan wijnen, is de perfecte balans tussen de natuurlijke kenmerken en innovatie wijnbereidingstechnieken. Bij Jordan Winery gaan die hand in hand en dat is terug te zien aan de kwaliteit van de Jordan wijnen. Voor deze Mellifera Riesling is wel behoorlijk wat geduld voor nodig geweest. Om de rozijnenbessen te persen was een hele dag nodig. Toen dat eenmaal achter de rug was, werd het sap overgeheveld in een roestvrijstalen tank. Hierin werd het sap gefermenteerd tussen 13 en 15 graden met behulp van een speciaal geselecteerde giststam. Maar het is het allemaal meer dan waard geweest als we naar het resultaat kijken.Elegante Riesling van Jordan
De Mellifera Riesling heeft een prachtig goudgele kleur gekregen. In de geur aroma’s van limoen, abrikoos en verfrissende lentebloesem. In de mond zoet met frisse zuren en rijpe aroma’s. Ze zuurgraad is heerlijk uitgebalanceerd en dat voegt elegantie toe aan de lange, maar rijke afdronk.Shipping Notes

This holder not only looks good but works like a charm. Very easy to put together & very sturdy. Holds the paper towel with no slipping or popping off and it does not move around on the counter. There are suction cups on the bottom. Very impressed & worth every penny!!

Functional and Good Quality

I give this SMARTAKE paper towel holder 4 stars. Overall, it's a very good product that I would recommend, but it has one minor drawback that takes away a star.
The Positives
Quality and Stability: The holder feels good quality, and the material (steel) is sturdy. Once placed on the counter, it's stable and adheres well to the surface.
Assembly and Use: It was easy to put together; just read the instruction manual. I confirm that it works well even with large paper towel rolls. Furthermore, it's not difficult to change the roll at all.
The Drawback
The only problem is the small mechanism that's supposed to adjust and hold the roll (the piece that prevents it from twisting too much). As the paper gets used up, this piece doesn't do its job properly, and the paper unwinds more than it should.
Conclusion: If you're looking for a modern, stable, and well-made holder for your kitchen, this is excellent. Just keep in mind that the adjuster isn't the best, but other than that, it does its job perfectly.
