De politie breidt elke beurt in het geheim de stad uit en verplaatst zijn voertuigen om de chauffeur in het nauw te drijven. De chauffeur gaat ondertussen door zijn stuntkaarten, waarbij hij in zijn geheime bergplaatsen nieuwe mogelijkheden kan oppikken. De chauffeur ontsnapt als de laatste stadstegel is gelegd. Maar hij wordt
door de politie gepakt als de achtervolgingsmeter het laatste veld bereikt.
