De bodem is er zanderig, wat ervoor zorgt dat de druiven sneller optimaal rijp zijn. Na 4 5 maanden houtrijping is het resultaat een volle maar elegante wijn met toetsen van wit steenfruit, bloesems, een puntje vanille en een minerale toets in de afdronk.
