Alle stukken worden afgewerkt met een glazuur in gebroken wit of een warm donkerbruin, bijna zwart. Als derde, contrasterende kleur koos Marie voor een krachtig Venetiaans rood. De ontwerpster koos die kleuren ook bewust om een mix & match te creëren van wit met donkerbruin of rood met donkerbruin.
