Professionele controle met 3 ply rvs uit italie

De kracht van deze set zit in de 3 ply RVS opbouw: meerdere lagen zorgen voor snelle en gelijkmatige warmteverdeling op elke warmtebron, inclusief inductie. Daardoor heb je meer controle over je bereidingen: minder hotspots, meer consistent resultaat. Handig detail: de kookpannen hebben een gebogen rand waarmee afgieten lekker soepel gaat, ook op een downdraft kookplaat.

Infinite8 keramische antiaanbaklaag die echt prettig bakt

Voor de koekenpannen is gekozen voor GreenPan’s topcoating: Infinite8. Deze keramische antiaanbaklaag is vrij van PFAS, PFOA, lood en cadmium en bakt fijn met weinig tot geen vet. De Plasma Tech behandeling verstevigt het oppervlak onder de coating, waardoor de laag beter hecht, langer mooi blijft en je gerechten makkelijker loslaten. De volledig omsloten RVS rand voorkomt chippen en geeft een stevige, nette afwerking. En dankzij de koelblijvende ergonomische handgrepen kook je comfortabel en veilig.
