The technical improvements are widely applied. An optimized power supply and a 200VA toroidal transformer with 30000uF per rail ensure a controlled and dynamic reproduction. The renewed ESS Sabre ES9038Q2M DAC delivers an even cleaner and more detailed sound, with support for 32-bit/768kHz PCM. In addition, the HDMI ARC input offers a modern solution for AV integration, while Bluetooth 5.1 aptX HD ensures high-quality wireless streaming. Despite the trend towards Class D amplifiers in this price range, Audiolab adhering to a Class AB design for a natural and musical listening experience.
