Trimbach is een wijnmakerij opgericht in 1626 en gelegen in de middeleeuwse stad Ribeauvillé. De familie Trimbach, die al 13 generaties aan het roer staat, heeft momenteel meer dan 15.000 hectare wijngaarden, waarvan er 1.600 zijn geclassificeerd als Grand Cru. Ze maken fruitige maar gestructureerde, elegante, evenwichtige en langlevende wijnen. De wijngaard van Trimbach Pinot Gris Réserve Personnelle heeft zeer rijke kleigronden en minerale bodems met aanzienlijke kalksteenafzettingen. De oogst wordt handmatig uitgevoerd om de druiven met de grootste zorg te behandelen en ervoor te zorgen dat ze onbeschadigd de wijnmakerij bereiken. In de wijnmakerij wordt de Trimbach Pinot Gris Réserve Personnelle vintage voorzichtig geperst en de most wordt koud gerekt met zwaartekracht om eventuele onzuiverheden of afzettingen te verwijderen en duidelijk te maken. Het fermenteert vervolgens bij ongeveer 20 graden om de frisse en fruitige aroma's van het ras te behouden en te extraheren en vervolgens wordt het gebotteld zonder malolactische gisting, waardoor de natuurlijke frisse zuurgraad van de druiven en hun fruitige karakter behouden blijven, evenals het volledige verouderingspotentieel.De explosieve aroma’s van Pinot Gris Reserve Personelle
Trek een fles open en geniet van het resultaat. De geur is explosief en ongekend: veel rijp tropisch fruit en steenfruit. De smaak is minstens zo rijp als de geur. Je proef iets van nectarines, rijpe ananas en lichtjes de smaak van meloen. De afdronk blijft maar doorgaan, wat een feest! De wijn leent zich ook uitermate goed voor de gastronomie. Silicon Valley drama with legal INSANITY

This book started very interestingly. About 30% of the way through it, I hit a lull and started reading another book for a few days. I then decided to come back and HOLY SMOKES what a ride! Lately I’ve been devouring Silicon Valley startup bios and this one seemed like an intriguing tech story. Little did I know, the amount of ups and downs, struggles for funding, and INSANE legal battles were absolutely riveting. It was very inspiring for an aspiring founder. Thanks for the awesome book! I’m the kind of reader that will leave a book unread, but this one was too good to put down! Highly recommend!
