Wijnhuis Carmen is vernoemd naar de vrouw van Chistian Lanz die het wijnhuis in 1850 oprichtte. Vandaag de dag is het de oudste van de nu nog in de Chileense wijnbouw actieve bodega’s. Daarbij maken ze gebruik van hypermoderne installaties. Maar niet alleen dat is de basis van het succes van Carmen. Ook het professionele team van oenologen, onder leiding van Maria del Pilar González, speelt een belangrijke rol bij het tot stand komen van de kwaliteitswijnen.De oogst en vinificatie van Carmen Gran Reserva Chardonnay
Om deze grootse wijn te kunnen maken heeft Carmen alles uit de kast gehaald. In de koele Casablanca Valley zijn de druiven voor deze bijzondere Chardonnay aangeplant op een ondergrond rijk aan klei en leem. De ideale omstandigheden voor het maken van een Chardonnay van topkwaliteit. De druiven staan op niet meer dan dertig kilometer afstand van de koele Pacific. De druiven worden zorgvuldig met de hand geoogst en worden daarna streng gecontroleerd voordat ze in de kelder de persing ondergaan. Om te voorkomen dat de wijn te bitter wordt vindt er een korte krachtige oxidatie plaats. De wijn wordt volledig gegist op Frans eikenhouten vaten. Na een rijping op vat van acht maanden is de wijn klaar om gebotteld te worden. Wat is dit een lekkere wijn zeg! Ook in de smaak komen we niets te kort, goede balans tussen zuren en bitters en een mooie lengte. Smaakindrukken van geel fruit, vanille, kruiden en hele rijpe abrikozen maken het geheel helemaal af!Shipping Notes

adds a touch of comfort!

I ordered this mattress topper for our guest bedroom. It is soft and adds a little plushness to the existing mattress.
I ordered the queen size for our queen size mattress. It fit well, without much overlap from the mattress topper. The topper has elastic corner bands as well as the fitted sheet like band around the edge, so the topper should stay in place.
The color is black, as shown and if you use light colored sheets, it will likely show through. To combat this, I used a white mattress protector overtop of the pillow topper. You cannot see it through our protector and white sheets.
The topper is more like a padded mattress protector than a true topper. It reminds me of a pillow top, it's not foam just filled to add softness to the mattress. I think it's a great addition, it adds a little height and comfort to the mattress.
Overall, I think this is a nice upgrade to our guest room. It fits well, and serves its intended purpose. I would recommend to anyone wanting to improve the comfort of their mattress.

Cons:
-kinda lumpy feeling and that’s hard to shake
-not the classiest wrap/attachment
-a little stinky out of the box that can take a while to offgas or whatever
It definitely upgrades a futon mattress, even if it doesn’t want to bend easily with it. It’s meant for a stationary mattress.

Feels Like Sleeping on a Cloud

This mattress topper completely transformed my bed. From the first night, I noticed how much softer and more comfortable my mattress felt. The pillow-top design adds a plush layer of cushioning without making the bed feel overly soft or unsupportive.

Feels Like Sleeping on a Cloud — One of My Favorite Bedsure Products Yet

I’ve had really good experiences with Bedsure products over time, so whenever I get the chance to try another one I usually do, and this mattress topper definitely did not disappoint. This one went on my mom’s king size bed and the difference was noticeable immediately.
The topper has a soft, cloud-like feel while still giving enough support underneath so you don’t just sink straight through it. It added a much more comfortable layer to the mattress and made the bed feel cozy and inviting without being overly heavy or hot.
I also appreciated how easy it was to put on. The deep pocket design fit securely over the king mattress without struggling to stretch the corners, and once it was on, it stayed in place well through the night.
The material feels breathable and smooth, which is especially nice for warmer nights. My mom commented that she slept really well with it and woke up feeling more comfortable than usual, which honestly says a lot.

Not Worth the Price

I expected more. The images are a bit misleading with the amount of fluff and thickness the product actually has. Despite following the instructions, it’s pretty flat.
It had a funky chemically smell to it, so I sprayed with some Febreeze.
Honestly in my opinion I don’t think it’s worth $60. I think if you want something similar, go to Marshals or TJ Maxx.
