Door het verfijnde klimaat met warme middagen en koele nachten is het een wijn met frisheid en vooral veel kracht. Er staan slechts 3000 stokken per hectare en dat is niet veel want deze Chardonnay ranken hebben de ruimte nodig. Zo krijgen ze meer voeding van de kalkrijke bodem en ontstaan er zulke intense smaken.De oude Chardonnay wijngaard voor deze Warwick White Lady
Voor deze witte Warwick White Lady Chardonnay is een speciaal wijnveld geselecteerd die ideaal is voor de Chardonnay druif. De oogst is iets later dan normaal om de druiven iets meer volheid mee te geven, verder gebeurd de oogst geheel met de hand voor deze White Lady. Vervolgens gaat het mooiste sap in eiken houten fusten van 228 Liter. Deze mooie fusten van Frans Eiken geven hem zijn volheid en kracht. Er wordt zelfs voor vijfentwintig procent nieuwe vaten gebruikt om deze White Lady Chardonnay nog meer kracht mee te geven. De gehele wijn rijpt op de Lie en dat maakt alles compleet, een wijn om nooit meer te vergeten.De geur en smaak van de Warwick White Lady
In de geur heeft deze White Lady Chardonnay een indrukwekkend palet opgebouwd van tropische fruit zoals peer en perzik aangevuld met prachtige nuances van noten, vanille, karamel, toast en cederhout. Maar wat een pracht en praal, zo heerlijk. Ook de smaak is uitzonderlijk goed, mooie dikke structuur met veel rijpe fruit tinten van perzik, abrikozen en ananas. Maar de complexiteit krijgt hij van de kruiden, vanille en toast tinten. In de afdronk is deze Warwick White Lady Chardonnay indrukwekkend, mooi vol en romig met een lange nasmaak. Love the sheets but GOSH THEY STINK

I have the dark green sheets and bought these for extra cases to match. I would give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that they smell absolutely horrible. I am so surprised after reading reviews that more people don’t mention it?! Maybe it’s more prominent in darker colors but I have washed these now 3 different times even with scent beads and still hate the smell. I wish I could accurately describe what it smells like— it’s just not good and for some reason, body heat only exacerbates it and makes the smell even worse and I wake up feeling like a smell like the sheets… which isn’t a good thing.
Besides that, I do really enjoy them. They feel great on your skin and I love the color. I wish the smell didn’t kill them so badly for me ☹️

Comfy soft pillow covers

These Bamboo Pillowcases Made Me Realize I Sleep Hot

I bought these mostly because I kept hearing people talk about bamboo pillowcases and honestly thought it sounded a little overhyped, but I totally get it now. The first thing I noticed was how cool they felt compared to regular cotton. I tend to get warm when I sleep and flip my pillow a million times during the night looking for the cold side, and these actually stay noticeably cooler longer.
They also feel really soft without having that weird slippery texture some silky pillowcases have. My skin has been less irritated lately and my hair definitely looks less frizzy in the mornings. I have thick hair that tangles easily overnight, and these have helped more than I expected.
Another thing I appreciate is that they’ve washed well so far. I was worried they’d pill or lose softness after a wash cycle, but they still feel smooth and nice. They also just make the bed feel cleaner and more comfortable overall. One of those small upgrades that ends up making a bigger difference than you’d think.
