After years of experience in racing with the Corsaro display, Starlane has decided to introduce Davinci II X-SERIES, a more complete and compact product, with a new design and 5 "TFT screen.

Technical features:

1) DOUBLE CONSTELLATION GPS + GLONASS + GALILEO RECEIVER AND ANTENNA INTEGRATED IN THE INSTRUMENT:

DAVINCI-II's shockproof glass-filled Nylon body houses the new dual constellation receiver which uses the satellites of the American GPS system, the Russian GLONASS system and the European GALILEO system in symbiosis. This solution considerably increases its accuracy thanks to the very large number of satellites used to determine the instantaneous position, speed, trajectory and lap time.

2) YOU CAN SAY GOODBYE TO THE UNCOMFORTABLE INFRARED TRANSMITTERS ON THE WALL OF THE BOXES:

the use of the GPS + GLONASS system for measuring lap times makes DAVINCI-II totally autonomous without the need for trackside references such as the transmitters used by older generation systems based on infrared.

Everything becomes much simpler, without the hassle of positioning the transmitter with the inconvenient battery to recharge and the risk of forgetting it on the wall or being stolen.

3) FINAL LINE MANAGEMENT AND 3 INTERMEDIATES:

thanks to the library of finish lines available in the instrument or in the MAAT software or with the automatic or manual positioning functions, it is possible to manage the coordinates of 4 finish lines (main finish line + 3 optional intermediates), as you pass over each finish line and intermediate DAVINCI-II indicates the relative travel time and memorize its value, it is therefore possible to quickly evaluate your performance even in parts of the track far from the main straight, which would be expensive and inconvenient to achieve with any other type of stopwatch.

4) INDICATION OF THE IDEAL REACHABLE TIME:

Thanks to the management of split times, DAVINCI-II calculates the time ideally achievable by the driver for each session, this function is obtained by adding the best times in the sector. It is thus possible to understand what lap time would have been obtainable if no traffic had been found in a particular point of the track or if one had completed a lap at the maximum of one's absolute possibilities.

5) DOUBLE FUNCTION "BEST LAP" LED:

the "BEST LAP" LED lights up when the lap is improved compared to the previous lap and flashes if the lap completed is the best of the session. This solution allows the driver to be given the information necessary for performance without distracting him.

If the intermediate milestones have been set, the LED is also activated at the passage of each intermediate, it is therefore a very convenient tool to understand, without getting distracted, if you are improving compared to the same intermediate time of the previous lap or if you have just achieved the best intermediate time of the session.

6) SPEED DETECTION FROM GPS:

the advantage of using the GPS + GLONASS system also translates into the possibility of detecting the speed of the vehicle with extreme precision and without the need to install sensors on the vehicle, it does not require any setting by the user and, above all, the detection is always precise and not distorted by the inclination of the vehicle or by any skidding or inevitable deformations of the tire.

7) LED BAR WITH OVERTURNING FLASH:

DAVINCI-II is equipped with a bar with 10 high brightness LEDs that can be totally set for both regime and color. The Overspeed Flash can also be set to the desired shifting speed and with the desired color.

8) GEAR ON INDICATOR:

DAVINCI-II indicates the engaged gear by calculating the ratio between the engine revolutions and the wheel speed or by means of the data arriving from the control unit for the motorcycle models with this function.

9) SETTINGABLE ALARMS:

DAVINCI-II is equipped with 8 alarm LEDs that can also be configured in the color.

10) DOUBLE HOUR METER FOR PERFECT PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF THE VEHICLE:

DAVINCI-II also has two hour meters that can be reset separately to respect the periodic maintenance of the vehicle, the hour meters are activated both for the reception of the engine speed signal and for the reception of the speed signal from the GPS + GLONASS, this solution makes the hour counter even if you do not want to connect the engine speed signal.

11) USB, BLUETOOTH 4.0 and WiFi DATA DOWNLOAD:

In addition to the normal USB connection, DAVINCI-II is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi for setting parameters and milestones and downloading the acquired data which can then be analyzed directly with the new MAAT software.

12) USABLE WITH MAAT SOFTWARE:

to manage the trajectory analysis functions, it is always possible to download the MAAT software from the Starlane website, which allows the archiving, analysis and printing of the acquired data and the graphic representation of the trajectories traveled with the relative acceleration and disconnection points, allowing the comparison lap by lap.

13) MEMORY OF 999 LAPS WITH AUTOMATIC MANAGEMENT OF 99 TEST SESSIONS:

DAVINCI-II automatically creates a new session every time you enter the track, in this way you can easily analyze the times stored in the various sessions even at the end of the day without being forced to delete the memory before each entry to the track. and Time of each session and, for each lap, the relative total time, split times, maximum speed, maximum engine revolutions are stored.

14) CYCLICAL MEMORY MANAGEMENT:

With DAVINCI-II you will never find yourself in an out of memory condition, in fact, to allow easy continuous use, it manages the available space by automatically deleting the oldest sessions when the memory is almost exhausted.

15) STORAGE OF FINISH COORDINATES OF THE MOST USED TRACKS:

it is possible to memorize the coordinates acquired for the finish line of the tracks on which you train most frequently, up to 16 circuits can be stored, so it is possible to easily recall the finish line of the current track without having to reset it every time.

16) HIGH BRIGHTNESS 5 "TFT COLOR 800x480 DISPLAY WITH ANTI-REFLECTIVE PROTECTION:

DAVINCI-II is equipped with a display that uses high brightness TFT technology and a front panel with a special anti-reflective treatment that allows to minimize the annoying reflections typical of the original instruments. DAVINCI-II is also equipped with an interface with icons of incomparable simplicity and immediacy in the analysis of the stored data and in the setting of the functions desired by the user.

17) COMPLETE WATERPROOF:

DAVINCI-II is water resistant.
