Auricularia Polytricha, beter bekend als Judasoor, is een bijzondere zwam die zijn naam dankt aan de gelijkenis met een oor. Door zijn neutrale smaak en eigenschap om vocht en andere smaken goed te absorberen is Judasoor bijzonder populair in de Oosterse keuken, waar men deze paddenstoel gebruikt voor wokgerechten, stoofschotels en soepen. Judasoor (Auricularia Polytricha) groeit het hele jaar op loofhout in Europa. Vooral op oude of afgestorven takken en deelstammen van struiken doet Judasoor het goed. Onder optimale omstandigheden bereiken ze afmetingen van 8 tot 12 cm. In het beginstadium zijn ze kelkvormig, maar later onregelmatig geplooid en gelobd. De zwam geeft de voorkeur aan vlierbomen en groeit het beste op schaduwrijke plaatsen met een hoge luchtvochtigheid.

FungiForte Auricularia capsules bevatten 500mg puur extract en zijn volledig veganistisch. Wij gebruiken geen vulstoffen, conserveermiddelen of andere toevoegingen. Voor de productie van poeders en extracten gebruiken we alleen de volledige vruchtlichamen voor een maximaal effect. Dankzij biofermentatie en daaropvolgende verwerking met de methode van warmwaterextractie bieden we hoogwaardige extracten van Auricularia aan in de ideale verhouding van actieve ingrediënten voor de beste resultaten. De capsules bevatten minimaal 30% polysacchariden (33-34% in werkelijkheid), waarvan meer dan 90% bètaglucanen. Een uiterst hoog percentage dat we hebben gemeten door onafhankelijke laboratoria in Duitsland. Dit product is vrij van gluten, zuivel, soja, bindmiddelen, hulp- en vulstoffen en daarom ook geschikt voor vegetariërs en veganisten.
