In het hart van de Air Link zit de vlaggenschip Qualcomm QCC5181-chip, die garant staat voor stabiele prestaties en brede codec-ondersteuning. Naast Snapdragon Sound, mits gekoppeld aan compatibele apparaten, ondersteunt hij het volledige aptX-ecosysteem, waaronder aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, aptX HD en aptX Low Latency. Hierdoor kun je eenvoudig schakelen tussen maximale geluidskwaliteit voor muziek en minimale vertraging voor video’s en gaming.

De bediening is net zo doordacht als de techniek. Met de multifunctionele knop koppel je snel nieuwe apparaten, wis je bestaande verbindingen of wissel je direct tussen aptX Adaptive en LDAC. Dit zorgt voor een soepele en snelle gebruikerservaring, zonder dat je telkens instellingen hoeft op te zoeken.

Voor wie graag volledige controle heeft, biedt de Air Link uitgebreide instelmogelijkheden via de FIIO Control-app of de webinterface. Hiermee kun je eenvoudig Bluetooth-codecs selecteren, firmware-updates uitvoeren en meerdere apparaten beheren. Of je nu Android, Apple of een computer gebruikt, de bediening is intuïtief en flexibel afgestemd op jouw setup.

Daarnaast beschikt de Air Link over extra slimme details die het dagelijks gebruik nog prettiger maken, zoals een aparte USB-C-poort voor gelijktijdig opladen en gebruik, Bluetooth 6.0 voor stabielere verbindingen en een groter bereik, stijlvolle RGB-verlichting en een visuele weergave van de actieve Bluetooth-codec. Het is een compacte maar krachtige oplossing die draadloze audio naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Fits our 2012 X5d perfectly. Do yourself a favor and youtube the process for replacing these. You'll see it's well worth doing yourself rather than paying a shop that charges a BMW premium on everything. Also something I learned recently... this is a low cost high charge item at the mechanic. A lot of times when they suggest replacing these it's because they just tick the box and don't actually look at them. We had our mechanic admit this on a recent service where it was suggested to replace, when we had just done it ourselves in April.

Perfect fit for our 2018 X5 35D
Perfect fit. Never replaced a filter in this car before and took me only 13 minutes. I timed it lol. That includes taking some before and after pictures from the old and new filter. What is worth mentioning is that the car was until now under the “fake maintenance” from BMW that comes with a new car and goes until 36.000 miles. Up to this mileage there is no other service the. The oil changes (3) due. The first real checkup is at a higher mileage and not covered anymore. Anyway , those filters where replaced before from a BMW dealership. When I compare the new filters and the filters I took out of the car they look the same. I was expecting to find some BMW marks on the installed filter but perhaps they don’t put their name in it anymore??? Or it could be they also put “after market” parts in. Anyway, BMW quoted me in all seriousness 700 dollar to replace those filters and the Inside filter The inside filter is on its way and is 25 dollar. Together with those filters the parts came to 55 dollar and I guess a total of 30 minute of work. Well done BMW, lol. We all need to make a living buy that should be considered “robbery” Anyway, if you thinking about replacing those filters then go for it. It’s not complicated and all you need is a screw driver to get one plastic river out that you can push back in once you are done. Those filters here from MANN are the real deal and fit perfectly and state that they are made in Germany. I have no reason not to believe it.

It seems to be working well, so far. The check engine light turned off and the my vehicle seems to be running well. Be sure to follow the instructions. A while back, I wasted some money on a different catalytic converter cleaner because I put the cleaner in on a full tank of gas. It's best to wait until you're at a half tank or less of gasoline before you put in your catalytic converter cleaner. Also, I drove around right after I put in the catalytic converter cleaner and before I filled up my tank again. A couple of days later, I went to the gas station and topped off my tank. Again, it seems to be running well for now.
