Het massieve Amerikaanse ceder bovenblad en de sapeli mahonie zij- en achterkant geven de gitaar de warme, ronde en heldere toon die kenmerkend is voor klassieke gitaren. De Afrikaanse mahoniehals met palissander toets biedt speelcomfort en stabiliteit, terwijl de Van Gent mechanieken zorgen voor nauwkeurig stemmen. De glanzende polyurethaan afwerking met houten rozet benadrukt het ambachtelijke karakter.

Great information!!! Erin answered alot of questions I had about MTR. I was able to implement some things she had recommended in her book. No joke, I got my first tenant the following weekend. I still have some questions about minor things but vía her you tube channel I know I will find the answer. One more thing, she will send you a copy of the lease she uses and the welcome letter she provides her tenant if you send her a picture of the book to her email. That helped a lot! I recommend this book. Go get your copy. Worth it!!!!!

I really enjoyed Erin's podcast on YouTube and wanted to be able to look up the information she was sharing. The book had large enough print for easy ready, clear chapters and direct points. Looking forward to using it as a reference.

I am new to midterm renting but this book has been extremely enlightening. It has given me the needed confidence to pursue midterm rentals. I came into this thinking just of traveling nurses but Erin helped me see the broader picture. This is a great resource for anyone considering getting into property investment, particularly midterm or even short term rental. Her advice is practical as well as entertaining.

Erin's book was a lifesaver.

Erin's book was a lifesaver. We couldn't sell our house so we decided to Midterm rent it. The book covers all the essentials and most importantly makes you think that you can do this. After reading the book and listening to her youtube channel, I booked a consulting call with Erin and it was fantastic. Erin is well worth taking advice from.
