Het maximaal hanggewicht per boei is 50 kilo, dus 100 kilo totaal. Deze boeien kunnen op twee manieren gebruikt worden. Met de D ringen naar boven, op de wreef van de voet, ideaal om voetsteunen te hebben in een sling. Aan de onderkant van de voeten, om iemand aan op te hangen of als iemand op zijn of haar buik ligt, de voeten op te heffen.
