De Metos ME combi-oven is zeer makkelijk in gebruik. De oven is te gebruiken als convectieoven, als stoomoven en een combinatie van convectie en stoom. Kook tot wel 80 maaltijden per dag met de maar liefst 95 kookprogramma’s.

De combi-oven heeft een gladde en gepolijste ovenruimte met afgeronde hoeken voor eenvoudige reiniging. De deur is voorzien van dubbel warmte reflecterend en gehard glas inclusief luchtspouw om warmtestraling naar de gebruiker te voorkomen. De ovenruimte is voorzien van LED verlichting en LED alfanumeriek display om de temperaturen, klimaat en core temperatuur weer te geven. Het reinigingsprogramma van de ME is handmatig met een externe handdouche. Voor automatische reiniging met 7 automatische reinigingsprogramma’s zijn er extra opties mogelijk. Er is tevens een USB-aansluiting om HACCP-gegevens te downloaden, software te updaten en kookprogramma’s te laden en downloaden.
