Feitelijk is het boek een verzameling van voorbeelden, ideeën, tips en trucs die een inspiratiebron kunnen zijn voor de bouw van je eigen modelspoorweg. Gerard Tombroek (1949) begon zijn loopbaan als telecommunicatietechnicus, studeerde later onderwijskunde en bedrijfskunde. Zijn passie voor modelspoorwegen begon in 1958 met een TRIX Express beginset. Met publiceren over modelspoorwegen startte hij omstreeks 1980 als redacteur bij het maandblad Railhobby. Daarna volgden het boek De Nederlandse Modelspoorweg en de Praktijkboeken Modelspoorwegen. Gerard is sinds 2007 fotograaf/redacteur voor het maandblad Modelspoormagazine en publiceert in verschillende internationale maandbladen. Bij de publicaties moesten natuurlijk foto’s komen en zo ontstond zijn tweede passie, het fotograferen van modelspoorwegen.Shipping Notes

Out of the box great looking paper towel holder, matches our Honey Bronze cabinet hardware perfectly, it feels solid, well weighted,,,,but what sets this apart is how easy it is to tear towels off the roll,,,not sure how friction works so well on this but it does,,, unlike any of our other past towel roll holders.
