This provides a more comprehensive evaluation of blade performance, as the effects of blade geometry on the cut become more apparent with deeper cuts.
Included in each pack of SLCTM30 are 50 pieces, which can yield up to 100 test measurements by simply flipping the test media over and testing with the unused side. This makes the SLCTM30 both cost-effective and convenient to use.
When used in conjunction with the SLCF slice fixture, the SLCTM30 is suitable for both push cut and slicing cut tests. Its tear propagation resistant construction, made from a blended plastic compound, ensures accurate and reliable results every time. The SLCTM30 has a thickness of 0.25mm (.010"), making it the perfect choice for slicing tests that require precision and consistency.
