In-stock items are generally dispatched the next business day. Most urban New Zealand deliveries arrive within approximately 2 working days of dispatch. Rural deliveries may take longer. Custom-made apparel items generally require 5–7 working days for production before dispatch.

Each pack is carefully packed by hand and presented in a Personalised Our Girl Drawstring Pouch, designed to keep sensory supports organised, protected and ready to use wherever the day takes you. The reusable cotton bag includes space to write the owner's name, making it easy to identify and keep favourite sensory tools together at home, school, during travel or out in the community.
