To add a name or initials to a tumbler, please include this information on your order, including the color you would like your name in and if you would like it in printed text or a script font. Names will be run vertical on tumblers, from bottom to top, unless otherwise noted in the ad listing or if requested in the personalization box. Please be aware that the tumbler will be created exactly as the name is spelled or in the exact order that the initials are listed on the order. We cannot refund orders for customer spelling errors. If no remarks are made, the tumbler will be made as shown in the listing photos.

VERY IMPORTANT:

As these are handmade items, please be aware that each tumbler will be unique. No two will ever be exactly the same. Small flaws such as a couple stray pieces of glitter, a small bump less than a quarter of an inch under a decal, or imperfections in the epoxy of one inch or less may be possible. These are not considered defects, but are simply the nature of handmade products.

Please be sure your order is correct before placing it, as we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you have a problem with your order, please feel free to reach out to me.


Tumbler Care Instructions:
* Hand wash only
* Do not soak
* Do not put in the dishwasher
* Do not put in the microwave
* Do not leave in a hot car
* Avoid extreme temperatures
* Prolonged contact with direct sunlight may cause yellowing of white glitters or epoxy coating
* Handle with care. Epoxy cures as a hard plastic coating, and may crack if dropped into a hard surface
