    Cao khô Giảo cổ lam ( Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract)  

    Công dụng

    - Giúp hạ mỡ máu, giảm cholesterol toàn phần, giúp ngăn ngừa xơ vữa mạch máu. Giúp làm hạ huyết áp, phòng ngừa các biến chứng về tim mạch. Hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh mỡ máu cao, cao huyết áp.
    - Giúp hạ đường huyết và phòng ngừa các biến chứng của bệnh tiểu đường. Hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh tiểu đường type 2.
    - Tăng cường lưu thông máu, hỗ trợ điều trị đau đầu, hoa mắt, chóng mặt. Giúp dễ ngủ và ngủ sâu giấc
    - Tăng khả năng làm việc, giảm căng thẳng mệt mỏi

    Đối tượng sử dụng

    - Bệnh nhân mỡ máu, huyết áp cao, tiểu đường type II.
    - Bệnh nhân mệt mỏi căng thẳng, khó ngủ, đau đầu, hoa mắt, chóng mặt

    Liều dùng - Cách dùng

    - Uống để hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh mỡ máu, tiểu đường, huyết áp cao, tim mạch: ngày uống 3 viên x 2 lần, uống sau bữa ăn.
    - Uống để nâng cao sức khỏe, hạn chế lão hóa: uống ngày 2 viên x 2 lần, uống sau bữa ăn.
    Chống chỉ định Không dùng cho phụ nữ có thai, người đang dùng thuốc chống thải loại, thuốc giảm miễn dịch, người mắc bệnh ưa chảy máu.
    Thận trọng - Nên uống Giảo cổ làm vào buổi sáng và đầu giờ chiều, không uống vào lúc tối hoặc trước khi đi ngủ (vì giảo cổ làm có tác dụng hoạt huyết, làm tỉnh táo gây khó ngủ giống như tác dụng của nhân sâm).
    - Người hay bị hạ đường huyết, huyết áp quá thấp phải uống lúc ăn no, hoặc thêm một vài lát gừng. Nếu người không bị tiểu đường có thể thêm đường trước khi uống.
    - Giảo Cổ Lam tác động lên chuyển hóa lipid và tiêu mỡ dư thừa (nhất là ở vùng bụng và đùi) nhưng lại kích thích tiêu hóa gây đói bụng và ngủ ngon. Vì vậy muốn giảm béo thì không được ăn quá dư thừa năng lượng.
    - Giảo Cổ Lam tăng chuyển hóa cơ thể, tăng lực co cơ vì vậy uống xong có cảm giác nóng người, một số trường hợp tăng huyết áp nhẹ, khát nước, khô miệng vì vậy cần uống thêm nước lọc, sau một thời gian cơ thể tự điều chỉnh lại và hết các triệu chứng trên.
    - Giảo Cổ Lam có chứa saponin nhân sâm nên phụ nữ có thai, đang chảy máu, phụ nữ cho con bú, trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi, người đang dùng thuốc chống thải loại khi cấy ghép không nên dùng.

I ordered these for my son who has neck issues and has gone through so many pillows trying to find one that he liked. They’re heavy, so i was worried that they might be “too” heavy to be able to sleep on comfortably, so I ordered a second set, one firmer than the other (just in case) and gave him a set for Xmas and he loved the first set so much without even trying the less firm ones.He also needs the cooling factor and these offered that, too. They are filled with pieces of memory foam (tons of it) and each pillow can be modified by removing some of the foam. The covers are beautiful, high quality fabric with a zipper so ts easy to remove or replace the foam pieces. The size is perfect and they keep their shape. I kept the second set i ordered rather than returning them and i love the pillows. I actually modified two by removing some of the foam pieces. I kept the foam pieces in a zippered pillow protector and i can always adjust mine when or if i need to. 1000% love these.

Smell

The fact that there are not more comments on the smell of these pillows has me worried about some of yall. Listen, I LOVE the weight, and the firmness, it’s perfect for that. However, these pillows are RANK. They have a very strong mildew-ish smell that lingers. I took the outer cover off and washed it and let the pillow air out for a few days, the smell is still very strong when you press your face against it, which one does because it is in fact designed for that purpose. It smells so bad. It’s nauseating. I can smell it through two pillowcases and blanket that I threw on top of them hoping an extra layer would trap the smell. I’ll bake them in the Texas sun tomorrow and hope that helps, because otherwise these are the perfect pillows for someone who wants to feel like they are hugging a torso but can’t stand the sound/feel of someone else breathing. I don’t know…4 stars, if the smell goes away I’ll come back. Update: many many days later. Either they don’t really smell anymore or I got use to it. They’ve held their firmness and shape well. I like them.
