The design
Every detail of the caduceus is sculpted in three dimensions — the layered feathers of the wings, the coil of each serpent, the central rod — so the symbol reads clearly from a distance and rewards a closer look. The fluted bail is generously sized for everyday wear, and the high-polish finish catches light from any angle.
The chain
The pendant arrives on a 16–18" cable chain with an adjustable clasp, so it can sit at the collarbone or drop slightly lower depending on how you wear it. One length suits most necklines, layered or worn on its own.
The metal
Choose solid 14K gold in three colors: warm 14K yellow gold, cool 14K white gold, or soft 14K rose gold. Every option is solid gold throughout — never plated, never gold-filled — and all gold is nickel-free, so it stays comfortable against skin for daily wear.

Each piece is made to order by founder Dimitri in our Queens, NYC workshop, with roughly 2–3 weeks of production from the time your order is confirmed. Every order ships free and fully insured, carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and non-customized pieces can be returned within 14 days. Questions?
