The Fuel Your Preparation Freeze Dried Food Ration Meal Tin - 5 Bean Cassoulet is the perfect addition to your long term survival supplies. With a shelf life of 25 years, these meals are freeze dried to lock in all of the flavour and nutrients meaning it will taste just as delicious if you have it in 10 years or 25! At only 700g a tin, these tins are easy to store and can be stacked on top of each other. The best part is, all you have to do is add water and you will have a tasty meal which the whole family will enjoy! 

To prepare a single serving, remove 100g of dry mix from the can into a solid container. Bring to the boil 250ml of water and stir into the food until mixed thoroughly. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes. Stir, season to taste and serve!
