These are rounder, richer styles of Chablis with true power, in a slightly oxygen-friendly style (we like to decant!). Notes of bruised and baked apple, mushroom candied fruit, apricot and honey with pleasure-driven smoothness. There's this desert at a restaurant we like, Prime Seafood Palace, which has this Delice de Bourgogne triple creme brie desert served with honey... perfect pairing.
We love these wines and watching Lilian showcase this region makes pulling one of these corks and honour.
