Defective/broken nozzles!!!
I love this company and product but I ordered a set and the lotion nozzle was defective - Spins but doesn’t open. I ordered a replacement and the lotion nozzle is defective AGAIN and the soap nozzle is cracked and broken. Very disappointed. This is not the sellers fault as the product comes wrapped from the manufacturer. But beware.

Pumps do not work at all
I planned on replacing the pumps with something more lux anyways, but if you don’t plan on doing that, do not buy these. The pumps do not work at all. They’re completely defective. Insane these don’t go through better quality control for how much they cost.

I received two small bottles of this last Christmas as a stocking stuffer from a friend. My husband and I used them and were quite impressed. I ordered three more bottles for each bathroom.
