Solidbody Electric Guitar with Poplar Body, Maple Neck, Jatoba Fingerboard, and 3 Single-coil Pickups - Purist Blue

the Ibanez AZES31 is prepared to set a new standard for entry-level instruments by offering stage-ready playability, electronic bells and whistles, and an attractive price. It all starts with a poplar body, which is paired with the trademark snap and sustain of a maple neck and silky-smooth playability of jatoba for the fingerboard.

Beginners are guaranteed to benefit from enlisting these hard-hitting tonewoods, leading to less time sparring with the instrument to get it feeling just right and more time practicing beloved riffs.

You'll be duly impressed by the quality of the AZES31's onboard electronics, with an SSS pickup combination for nailing the spank and twang of single coils alongside Ibanez's dyna-MIX8 switching system for unleashing more sonic possibilities. With its impressive woods and electronics, the Ibanez AZES31 is an unprecedented beginner-grade instrument.

Perfect reference guide
Format: Paperback
I bought this book to supplement my lessons with an AMGA guide to learn how to set up toprope climbs. I used it many times to practice and reinforce everything I learned. It is really well written and my favorite book in terms of the knowledge contained within. As common sense would dictate this is not a book to teach your how to toprope...it is a reference to what you have learned?

Essential To Read Before the Class
Format: Paperback
This book provides a good overview of what you'll need to know for your AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) course and assessment. If you plan to take that course this book is a no-brainer. You just have to buy it and read it. There are a few shortcomings: * The photos of how to tie the knots skip a lot and it is impossible to learn the knots from the book. * The photos of what not to do should be clearly labeled with a red cross bar or WRONG overlay on the photo. If you flip causally through the book and look at the photos some very wrong stuff is there and you have to read the text to know that it is not recommended. * The religious debate on anchor systems rages on. Should you set up a Joshua Tree System with Tether or a Backside System? I realize the AMGA doesn't want to pick sides and will say either is acceptable, but the book doesn't even try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various anchor systems.

over all good book, quality pictures
Format: Paperback
this book will get you ready for the course, but there is a lot to learn outside of the book as well. Training and time is the only way to become truly proficient at the skills out lined in this book. over all good book, quality pictures.
