On rare or exceptional occasions, substitutions may be necessary. If that happens, we will make sure the replacement product is as similar as possible to your original choice. • Using floral shears or a sharp knife, cut stems about 1 inch diagonally under running water.
• Fill clean buckets with approximately 4 inches of water and place your greenery in the container.
• Allow greens at least 4 hours to rehydrate and keep them away from direct sunlight.
• Change water every 24 hours for best results.
• Vase life is about 8 days if kept in a cooler away from sunlight or heat.
