Can the recipient change the delivery address or date themselves? Yes, just have them call or email us to make the change.
Where do you deliver? Throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
When will the flowers be delivered? If it’s a gift you’d like to start on their special day, we can do that! After that, the first Friday of every month for once each month subscriptions. The first and third Friday each month for twice a month subscriptions. But note that the rest of the deliveries will be on Friday’s.
Note: If the delivery date falls on a major holiday or long weekend, the flowers will be delivered the following Friday.
How long will the flowers last? Most of our flowers are locally grown so they are very fresh! We like to include some delicate blooms along with more hardy bloom, so the bouquet lifespan will range from 5-10 days (sometimes longer!).

Will the flowers look the same each month? Not at all! We select the best of what each season has to offer. The subscriptions are “Designer’s Choice” but please let us know of any colour likes and dislikes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Where will the flowers be left if the recipient is not home? If you live in a house and no one is home, we can leave the flowers on the porch or with a neighbour, just let us know who. In the winter when temperatures drop below zero the flowers can’t be left outside or they will freeze (and may die).
What if I am going on holiday? Not to worry! Just email us and we will delay your delivery (or skip the month if you prefer). We just need at least 48 hours notice in order to change or postpone any subscription deliveries.
Do I have to pre-pay? No. You can sign up with the subscription app if you prefer to pay monthly.
Am I able to cancel my subscription? We don’t offer refunds or cancellations for subscriptions. If something goes wrong, we will be there to help make it right.
