The Finger Grip Plugs #3L, #4L, #5L are available in individual packages. The #3L (the large one found in the trainer kit) is available for purchase separately and has 5.3 insertable length, 2.0 max diameter, 6.2 max circumference, and 3.3 bandwidth.
