It should be used in a program that also contains Yin Jing herbs. For example, Ant Essence, Shou Wu Formulation and Healer’s Tea partner up very well with Dragon Jing to create a powerful men’s Jing program. Dragon Jing builds virility. Quality of the shirt was nice but the measurements did not add up. I wear a 17 1/2 neck and 36/37 or 37/38 sleeve. I ordered an XL and the sleeves were a little to short and the neck was way to big. Could never wear a tie with this shirt. So going up in size wasn't an option because of the neck. The next size up that had longer sleeves was a 3X, not happening. So if I went down in size the sleeves still would have been to short and the shirt would have been to tight. If the shirt fits you then you have a good shirt at a great price with lots of colors.
