A mitered merge collector is used to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. Does not change the pillows effectiveness at all.

As of right now, I have not noticed anything with these covers that would significantly alter the way the pillows feel. I'm greatful that they are not noisy as most other covers are. I also appreciate that they have very much the same feel as the covers that come on the pillows. One thing I can say so far with confidence is that even though this is an additional layer to my pillows, the original feeling, specially with the Eden cool+, has been the same in terms of coolness and breathability.
