Al palato tanta freschezza e sapidità.Questo Vigneti delle Dolomiti Bianco IGT “Kitz” di Hans Rottensteiner è un vino leggero e scanzonato, perfetto per un aperitivo con gli amici, l'ideatore, Hannes, ha scelto in prevalenza tre varietà: il sauvignon, che dà il profumo, il pinot bianco che dona l'eleganza e il pinot grigio per lo smalto. Il risultato è un vino di ottima beva e brillante freschezza. Una curiosità, il nome, Kitz, si ispira alla parola tedesca per il cucciolo di stambecco, simbolo del Maso.
Perfetto per un aperitivo con stuzzichini, torte salate, pane e formaggi freschi.
