Features:
- Newly upgraded and stronger than ever! - We have increased the thickness to 2.5mm and upgraded the material to a stronger 5052 grade Aluminum!
- Helps to improve the front lip mounting strength by spreading the force across the entire front bar.
- The complete 6pcs set is made to the same size as the OEM mounting brackets which are often lost or destroyed.
- Matching high-quality Stainless Steel hardware kit to resist rusting, featuring special flared Nylock nuts so they won't vibrate loose and oversized washers to spread the load.
- Fitting guide viewable in the product photos and supplied with each order.
- Direct fit for all front lips except the AM style. For the AM style Lip, you need to drill an extra hole in the lip for a bolt to line up with the mounting plates.

Supra A80 Front Lip Sandwich Plate Kit – Installation Guide

Important:
Before installation, peel off any protective film from the sandwich plates.
We recommend professional installation by a qualified body shop. Ensure appropriate safety equipment is used. Installation is performed at your own risk.
Overview
This kit is designed for use with front lips that fit the factory Toyota Supra A80 front bumper.
Due to variations in aftermarket lips, minor modifications may be required for proper fitment. The sandwich plates are precision-made and should not require modification—any adjustment will typically be to the front lip itself.
What’s Included
- 2 × Long sandwich plates (centre)
- 4 × Short sandwich plates (ends)
Installation Notes
1. Preparation
- Position the front lip onto the bumper.
- Ensure correct alignment before installing hardware.
- Installation is much easier with two people.
2. Mount Plate Placement
- Place the mounting plates on either side of the lip and bumper so they're sandwiched together.
- Long plates (2 pcs): Install across the centre section.
- Short plates (4 pcs): Install at each end (2 per side), with the pointed ends facing outward toward the edges of the lip.
3. Hole Adjustment (If Required)
- Some front lips may require the mounting holes/slots to be enlarged.
- Open holes to approximately 8mm to allow easy bolt alignment.
- Use a drill or rotary burr for clean results.
4. Polyurethane Lip Tip
If installing a polyurethane front lip:
- Warm the lip in the sun for several hours or
- Gently heat it prior to installation
This helps the material become more flexible and conform to the bumper.
5. Recommended Hardware
For best results, use:
- M6 x 30 stainless steel bolts
- Large flat washers
- Nylock nuts
Important Notes
- Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely.
- Periodically check hardware after initial installation.

Great For Michigan Fans!

I got this toy for my puppies and it’s been a hit! Not only does it look great with the Michigan Wolverines design, but it’s also really durable. Got ripped off on this one. I missed or they lied about this product IS MADE IN CHINA. The school logo washed off in water when I first received before giving to dog. Gave to dog and she took one sniff and one bite and walked away. After a week of laying with dog chews, I threw it away.

Subpar manufacturing

We bought one of these dog toys in Happy Valley and our dogs LOVED it. I purchased two on Amazon and am disappointed with the shipment. One toy was 1st quality. The second one was in packing that was stapled back together and what we found was the toy was subpar. There were sharp pieces left from the molding process. I’m not sure how this wasn’t caught in the manufacturing process.
