MEDPRO™ Foldable Bed Shower Bath Basin

MEDPRO™ Foldable Bed Bath Basin is perfect for maintaining hygiene for bed-bound patients. The tray is designed to comfortably support the patient while lying in bed. Its unique high tube design prevents splashes and spills, and a convenient drain hole allows for easy disposal of soap suds and water.

The Foldable Bathtub Shower Kit requires no air inflation. Simply put it on the bed and secure the four corners of the basin. This makes full-body bathing easy and safe for individuals with limited mobility. Crafted from waterproof material, it’s ideal for bed use. Just hang the water bag on an IV pole or any high hook to initiate the bed bath.

Usage Guide: 

1. Position bed bath basin on the bed (drainage hole side near the mattress ledge).
Folded bath basin can be inserted between mattress and patient.

2. Position patient into center of bath basin.

3. Buckle up the 4 corners and tighten straps accordingly to form a cupping shape.

4. Inflate air pillow tube, can be used as head pillow, or as pillow to elevate limbs during cleaning of different parts.

5. For drainage, prepare a fluid collection bucket, position bucket directly under drainage port of bath basin (if possible), or at a nearest point without obstruction.

6. Slightly depress mattress ledge near the drain outlet and connect drain tube.
Stretch the drain tube and position outlet port into collection bucket.

7. Release drainage flap from inside the bath basin to begin draining.
Some fluids will collect at stagnant points, remnant fluids can be guided to the drain outlet by depressing down the bath basin point by point leading to the drain hole.

8. After drainage of most fluid, close the drainage flap and disconnect drain tube.

9. Unbluckle the 2 corners of the bath basin at the non-drainage side, position patient back to bed center.
Pull and slide out the bed basin while ensuring patient remains on the bed center.

10. Wipe or air dry the bed basin, fold and keep aside for next use.

11. Deflate pillow by pressing the button near the pump, keep aside for next use.
