Katana Tsuka with Jabara Ito Maki - Signed "Mitsuhiro" - NBTHK Hozon - 24 cmAntique Japanese tsuka for katana. Shakudo fuchigashira signed "Mitsuhiro" with NBTHK Hozon Tosogu. According to NBTHK it is "Mitsuhiro (Yagami betsujin) so "Mitsuhiro" but not a famous one from Yagami. Fuchigashira made of shakudo and decorated with shibuichi and gold inlay. This is an old item with new jabara ito ajiro kumiage maki (type of jabara ito), made by Polish craftsman "Artur Drogamiecza". It is almost in perfect condition. Menuki made of

Menuki made of shakudo with gold inlay but some inlay and patina are missing.
