Warranty

Three Birds Casual's warranty covers manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not included. With minimal care, your furniture will outlive the warranty by many years.

Care and Maintenance

Frame: Hose off or wipe down to clean. Avoid harsh cleaners, stiff brushes, or power washers, which can damage the finish. In coastal or humid settings, rinse regularly to prevent salt and debris buildup.

Teak: Over time, teak develops a silvery-gray patina — a cosmetic change, not a sign of deterioration. Its natural oils keep the wood strong across seasons, so there's very little upkeep required. Teak doesn't need to be stored during winter, though covering it protects against hail, wind, and snow. To preserve the original golden honey tone, apply a thin layer of linseed or teak oil 1–2 times per year. Teak cleaner is recommended every 2–3 years alongside the oil treatment.
