Recommended equipment for this tent is 1 x 600W light with a 6" low powered fan & filter - this will take care of the temps in most settings. If you live in a house that tends to get quite hot in the summer, then a 6" high powered fan & filter would be a better option.
The Hydroshoot HS120 R2 offers great value from money in terms of build quality vs price - there are cheaper tents out there but generally, they wont last as long as the Hydroshoot.
