The Carli Fabricated Radius Arms provide unrivaled strength and proper alignment to your SuperDuty. The factory radius arms featured modern SuperDuty's have proven themselves as a great alternative to standard control arms used on other applications in terms of their ability to prevent against axle roll. However, as with most things stock, they have also shown many weaknesses. Their stamped steel design is less than desired for even the casual off roader or those running larger tires than stock. Because of this, Carli Suspension has engineered and built a completely fabricated set of radius arms to properly center the axle of lifted applications, as well as provide superior strength over the stock units. Plus, they look pretty awesome!
The Carli Fabricated Radius Arms are specifically designed to be a direct replacement for trucks with 3.5"-5.5" of front end lift. The fully boxed construction and full length internal gusseting makes these arms bulletproof. The 3" serviceable 17-4 stainless-steel spherical joint ensures proper cycling without binding. These arms are a complete redesign from the previous model years and are offset to the inside to accommodate the alterations made on the 2023+ Superduty frame. This allows you to run a 37" tire when running a near stock backspacing to keep rocks from damaging your paint. The Carli arms correct 0.5 degree -2.5 degree of castor (with included shims) at the axle mount ensuring death wobble preventing positive caster. Each set of arms comes complete with limit straps to prevent over-extension of your shocks.
IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE:- Please select your front end lift height from the menu so we may provide the correct length limit straps with the radius arms.
