Melt-ability

How to use

Why White Chocolate is available as a Compound Chocolate
For the past two years there has been a global shortage of all cocoa related products. The result has been crazy high ingredient prices and more cocoa butter is required to make white chocolate than any other type. So it's simply not economically viable to produce white chocolate using cocoa butter. Instead that has been substituted with a uniquely crafted Vegetable Fat component, which still provides the necessary melty mouth feel and performance that you'd expect from chocolate.  

A note about Compound Chocolate 
Any chocolate not made with cocoa butter makes it a Compound Chocolate.
Compound chocolate doesn't need tempering (the careful heating and cooling of chocolate process) to get a glossy finish and a satisfying snap. So it's a quick 1.5 min zap to melt, enough time to dunk, dip or spread and then it sets really well.
