The ZONESUN plug-in diffuser filling line is designed for producing plug-in diffusers and electric diffuser refill mosquito repellent liquids in small-scale production. Combining a monoblock filling and capping machine with a labeling system, it saves floor space while completing filling, inner plug placing, plug pressing, wick inserting, wick pressing, cap feeding, capping, and labeling automatically. Equipped with an optional 316 stainless steel magnetic pump, it is suitable for 10–20 ml filling with accuracy up to ±1%, and can also be customized with peristaltic pumps. Vibratory bowls automatically orient plugs, wicks, and caps, while customized star wheels ensure stable bottle transfer. The labeling system supports single-side, front-and-back, and wrap around labeling for round, square, and hexagonal bottles by changing fixtures. Operating at 900–1200 BPH, the line can also integrate with bottle unscramblers, collection tables, and cartoning machines.
