Billet transfer case sump oil coolers are designed to replace the flimsy sump covers supplied as standard equipment. This cover is stronger than the originals and has cooling fins to keep the oil in your transfer case cool in harsh conditions. The sump cover is significantly stronger than the original and adds about a 1/2 litre to oil capacity. Existing ground clearance is not compromised. It is possible to fit this sump cover to V8 models but check first that there is good clearance between the cover and existing exhaust pipes.
