For most projects, the stabilizer should be sandwiched together with the fabric between the MaggieFrame magnetic embroidery hoop rings. This helps produce even tension and prevents shifting during stitching. However, for bulky or hard-to-hoop materials like thick towels or sleeves, you can float the stabilizer under the bottom frame of your Rikson embroidery machine for flexibility.
